Questions We Get a Lot
The most important factors are available floor space, whether you prefer an indoor or outdoor setup, and how much cooling power you need. Our cold plunges range in size and chiller capacity, so reviewing the product dimensions and specifications will help you match the unit to your space. If you have questions, our team is available to help you choose with confidence.
Traditional saunas heat the air around you using an electric or wood-burning heater, producing the high-heat, high-humidity experience most people associate with a classic sauna. Infrared saunas use radiant heat panels to warm the body more directly at lower ambient temperatures, which many users find more comfortable for longer sessions. Both offer a deeply relaxing experience — the right choice comes down to your personal preference and how you plan to use it.
Our gym racks are designed to be assembled by the customer using the hardware and instructions included with each unit. The process is straightforward and does not require specialist tools for most models. We recommend having a second person on hand for steps that involve lifting the frame into position.
We offer Free Shipping on Most Orders Within the Continental U.S. (Excludes AK/HI) — this applies to the majority of our larger wellness equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our 30-Day Returns policy gives you the time to evaluate the product in your own space. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details on eligibility and the returns process.
About Our Best Sellers
The best-selling category in a premium wellness store represents something meaningful: these are the products that consistently earn the trust of buyers who take their recovery, training, and daily wellbeing seriously. Whether you are outfitting a home gym with a heavy-duty rack built for real strength work, investing in a cold plunge to support your recovery routine, or creating a private sauna retreat with a traditional or infrared cabin, the common thread is quality you can feel. Buyers in this space tend to prioritize materials — solid steel, genuine cedar, medical-grade stainless basins, and certified timber — alongside build longevity and ease of daily use. These are not impulse purchases; they are long-term additions to the home that reward careful consideration. Think about your available space, how frequently you plan to use the equipment, and what kind of experience you want to create. The right piece of wellness equipment becomes a fixture in your routine, not just your room.
