Vital Light Co
Home gym and recovery equipment built to turn a spare room into your personal wellness space.
Our Story
You finally carved out the space. A garage corner, a basement, a spare room. But filling it with equipment you can trust feels like guesswork. Racks that wobble after six months. Saunas with thin panels and cheap heating elements. Cold plunges that leak. The research alone is exhausting, and the wrong choice means starting over.
Every gym rack, sauna, and cold plunge in our collection is sourced from established manufacturers with real engineering behind the build. Where discount retailers cut corners on materials, insulation, and structural integrity, we stock only equipment that holds up to daily use and the kind of wear a home wellness space actually sees. Vital Light Co is independently owned and operated.
Our Philosophy
A home wellness space should feel intentional, not improvised. We believe the equipment in your space deserves the same consideration as the space itself: purposeful materials, thoughtful construction, and a standard that makes you want to show up every single day.

What We Offer
Structural Integrity First
Load ratings and weld quality matter when equipment is in daily rotation. Every rack is built to handle real use without flexing or shifting over time.
Materials That Last
Kiln-dried wood panels, medical-grade steel, and proper insulation. The difference between equipment that ages well and equipment you replace in a year starts here.
Purposeful Selection
A smaller, vetted catalog means every product earned its place. We carry what we would put in our own space, nothing more.
From gym racks and strength equipment to traditional saunas, infrared saunas, and cold plunges, the collection covers every corner of a home wellness space. The result is a room that feels cohesive, built with intention, and ready for your routine.
Vital Light Co is an authorized retailer of gym racks, cold plunges, traditional saunas, and infrared saunas. All items are sourced through authorized distribution channels and arrive with full manufacturer warranty where applicable.
Our Impact
Your space should work as hard as you do.
Vital Light Co exists to make that space real. Not a showroom, not a trend. A room in your home that earns its place in your day, every day.
